How To Reach Your Greatest Potential
You can’t get better and reach your greatest potential unless you are aware of the things that are holding you back and FIX them.
INCREMENTAL steps forward are so positive in multiple ways:
√ Small changes are easy to do and easy to make regular habits or make changes to STOP things that aren’t working that are merely “patterns”
√ Taking small steps EVERYDAY don’t produce immediate results but in 30,60,90 days – you would be astounded at the results
√ Humans are pattern making machines so if 95% of thought is unconscious, you are not consciously aware of what is DEPLETING your success
So look back at the last week
√ What worked that you need to do more of
√ What didn’t work that needs to stop/change
√ What needs to be added to get to your next level
I can’t emphasize how critical this is to your long-term success. Just like if you eat 100 extra calories a day, by the end of the year you could wake up FAT…don’t do that!
